2. Use of Service
Verbforma is a language learning platform. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free and Pro Plans
Free users have access to a limited set of verbs and tenses. Pro users pay a monthly subscription fee for full access. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Custom Decks
Pro users may create and share custom verb decks. You are responsible for the content of your decks. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Verbforma — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Verbforma and are protected by copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Verbforma is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
